PunchMapPro is a small, independent business that creates printable fabrication templates for builders, welders, and mechanics. We design every template in-house — we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any vehicle or engine manufacturer.
We offer 693+ downloadable PDF templates across 13+ categories, including gasket maps, tube stencils, gusset plates, exhaust pie cuts, flange templates, mini bike frame kits, and cross kart frame templates. Each template is digitally generated at true 1:1 scale and includes a calibration square for print verification.
Print the PDF at 100% scale on any home printer. Use the calibration square to verify your printer output is accurate. Tape the template to your material, trace or punch the pattern, then cut and fabricate. Templates are reference guides — always verify measurements against your actual parts before cutting.
All templates are independently created. Vehicle names, model numbers, and part numbers referenced on this site are used solely for compatibility identification purposes. PunchMapPro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any original equipment manufacturer (OEM).
