Refund Policy

Digital Products

Because our products are instantly downloadable digital files (PDF templates), all sales are final once the download link has been accessed.

When We Issue Refunds

We will issue a full refund in these cases:

Defective file — the PDF is corrupted or won't open (we'll fix it first if possible)
Wrong product — you received the wrong template due to a system error
Duplicate charge — you were charged twice for the same order
Never downloaded — you purchased but never accessed the download

How to Request a Refund

Email punchmappro@gmail.com with your order details. We respond within 24 hours. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe within 5-10 business days.

Bundles & Stencil Pass

Bundle and Stencil Pass refunds follow the same policy. If you've downloaded any files from a bundle, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. We're happy to resolve any issues directly and quickly.
